About the Role
The Generalist - Creative Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to various aspects of our creative and marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn on the job, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of our business operations. We are looking for someone who has interest in assisting with the following functions:
-Assist in creating and managing visual content for social media, including graphics, photos, and videos.
-Schedule and post content on various social media platforms.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
-Support the Creative Director in planning and executing photo and video shoots.
-Help maintain and organize our digital content library.
-Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
-Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Creative Director and overall team.
Requirements
A strong interest in graphic design, photography, videography, visual storytelling, and/or social media.
Passionate about community, health, and learning more about starting and growing a business.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
